Appointments & Cancellations • Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person. • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to [30$] or loss of deposit.

 

Payment • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. • We accept Cash and Venmo • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.

 

Vehicle Condition • Vehicles must be in operable condition. • Heavily soiled interiors, pet hair, mold, or hazardous materials may incur additional charges. • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

 

Customer Responsibilities • Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment. • We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.Damage and Liability • Our team takes great care with every vehicle, but La auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that may arise from normal detailing procedures. • Customers must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.Refunds are at the discretion of management.

 

Weather Policy (for mobile services) Mobile detailing appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will contact you as early as possible in such cases.

 

Privacy. We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during service booking is used solely for business purposes and will not be sold or shared.
